Eyal Waldman, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer

Eyal Waldman is a co-founder of Mellanox, and has served as Mellanox's chief executive officer, president and chairman of Mellanox's board of directors since March 1999. From March 1993 to February 1999, Mr. Waldman served as vice president of engineering and was a cofounder of Galileo Technology Ltd., or Galileo, a semiconductor company, which was acquired by Marvell Technology Group Ltd. in January 2001. From August 1989 to March 1993, Mr. Waldman held a number of design and architecture related positions at Intel Corporation, a manufacturer of computer, networking and communications products. Mr. Waldman holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technion — Israel Institute of Technology.

Ron Aghazarian, Vice President of Worldwide Sales Operations

Ron Aghazarian joined Mellanox in 2000 and has served as Sr. Director of Sales Operations since 2005.  Mr. Aghazarian has over 25-years of sales operations and distributor management experience. From 1982 to 2000, Mr. Aghazarian served various sales and distributor management positions at AMD. Mr. Aghazarian holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Pacific.

Roni Ashuri, Vice President of Engineering

Roni Ashuri is a co-founder of Mellanox and has served as Mellanox's vice president of engineering since June 1999. From March 1998 to May 1999, Mr. Ashuri served as product line director of system controllers at Galileo Technology, Ltd. From May 1987 to February 1998, Mr. Ashuri worked at Intel Corporation, where he was a senior staff member in the Pentium processors department and a cache controller group staff member. Mr. Ashuri holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technion — Israel Institute of Technology.

Wayne Augsburger, Vice President of Business Development

Wayne Augsburger has served as Mellanox's vice president of business development since April 2008. Previously, Mr. Augsburger served as Mellanox’s Senior Director of Sales since 2006, and served as Director of Sales from 2000 to 2006. From January of 1997 until September of 2000, Mr. Augsburger served as VP of Sales and Marketing for Cygnet Storage Solutions, Inc., a manufacturer of automated archival storage systems. From May of 1993 until December of 1996, Mr. Augsburger served as VP of Sales and Marketing for Document Imaging Systems Corp., a developer of optical storage solutions. Mr. Augsburger earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Southern Illinois University.

Eyal Babish, Vice President of System Solutions

Eyal Babish has served as Mellanox's vice president of system solutions since March 2010. Mr. Babish joined Mellanox in 2002 and is responsible for the management of Mellanox system solutions and product engineering organization including development, qualification, certification, production testing, program management, and customer support. Prior to Mellanox, he worked at Elbit Systems as a hardware engineer. Eyal graduated with a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technion Institute of Technology, Israel.

Ari Cohen, Vice President of Network Adapter Products

Ari Cohen has served as Mellanox's vice president of network adapter products since October 2007. Prior to joining Mellanox, from January 2001 to January 2006, Mr. Cohen served as a vice president of engineering and operations and from January 2006 to September 2007 as the chief operations officer with Silverback Systems, acquired by Brocade December 2006. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion — Israel Institute of Technology, and a Master's of Business Administration from Santa Clara University.

Shai Cohen, Vice President of Operations and Engineering

Shai Cohen is a co-founder of Mellanox and has served as Mellanox's vice president of operations and engineering since June 1999. From September 1989 to May 1999, Mr. Cohen worked at Intel Corporation, where he was a senior staff member in the Pentium processors department and a circuit design manager at the cache controllers group. Mr. Cohen holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technion — Israel Institute of Technology.

Matthew Gloss, Vice President of Legal Affairs

Matthew Gloss has served as Mellanox's vice president of legal affairs since January 2008. Prior to joining Mellanox, from April 2000 to March 2007, Mr. Gloss served in different capacities in the legal department of Marvell Semiconductor, Inc., including most recently as vice president of business affairs and general counsel. From November 1991 to May 1995, Mr. Gloss served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps and from September 1997 to April 2000 he was engaged in the private practice of law in the Silicon Valley. Mr. Gloss holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Illinois, a Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dror Goldenberg, Vice President of Architecture

Dror Goldenberg has served as Mellanox's vice president of architecture since March 2010. Mr. Goldenberg joined Mellanox in 2000 and is responsible for leading the systems architecture organization, silicon, software and firmware architecture, systems architecture and InfiniBand specification development. Over the last 10 years, he served numerous architecture and design positions where he developed six generations of adapter silicon from design to production. Prior to Mellanox, Dror held various software development positions at an elite R&D team in the Israeli Defense Force. Prior to that, Dror was a member of the Pentium MMX and Pentium 4 architecture validation teams at Intel. He graduated Cum Laude with a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and holds an MBA from the Technion Institute of Technology Israel.

Michael Gray, Chief Financial Officer

Michael Gray has served as Mellanox's chief financial officer since December 2004. Prior to joining Mellanox, from March 1995 until July 2004, Mr. Gray served in various capacities at SanDisk Corporation, a data storage company, including director of finance from March 1995 to July 1999, vice president of finance from August 1999 to February 2002 and as senior vice president of finance and administration and chief finance officer from March 2002 to July 2004. From July 1990 to February 1995, Mr. Gray served as controller of Consilium, Inc., a systems software development company which was acquired by Applied Materials, Inc. in December 1998. From October 1981 to June 1990, Mr. Gray served in various capacities at ASK Computer Systems, Inc., an ERP solutions provider, including as treasury manager. Mr. Gray holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University, and is an alumnus of the Stanford/AEA Executive Institute Program.

Aviram Gutman, Vice President of Software Engineering

Aviram Gutman has served as Mellanox's vice president of software engineering since March 2007, and is responsible for Mellanox’s software and firmware development. Mr. Gutman joined Mellanox Technologies in 1999 as a design engineer and served as a Senior Director of Software Engineering between 2003 and February 2007. Prior to Mellanox, Mr. Gutman worked at Intel Corporation, where he managed several microprocessors and cache controller groups. Mr. Gutman holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University.

Evelyn Landman, Vice President of Back-End Engineering

Evelyn Landman has served as Mellanox's vice president of back-end engineering since March 2010. Mrs. Landman is a co-founder of Mellanox in 1999, and is responsible for managing the back-end chip design and the chip product/test engineering groups. Mrs. Landman provides Mellanox with strong back-end chip design and post-silicon experience. Mrs. Landman is responsible for power and thermal solutions at both the chip and system levels, device characterization, silicon correlation, and transfer to production. Prior to Mellanox, she worked at Intel for 11 years in the processor group. Evelyn graduated Cum Laude with a BSEE in Computer Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology Israel.

Michael Kagan, Chief Technology Officer

Michael Kagan is a co-founder of Mellanox and has served as CTO since January 2009. Previously, Mr Kagan served as vice president of architecture from May 1999 to December 2008. From August 1983 to April 1999, Mr. Kagan held a number of architecture and design positions at Intel Corporation. While at Intel Corporation, between March 1993 and June 1996, Mr. Kagan managed Pentium MMX design, and between July 1996 to April 1999, he managed the architecture team of the Basic PC product group. Mr. Kagan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technion — Israel Institute of Technology.

Ronnen Lovinger, Vice President of Manufacturing Operations

Ronnen Lovinger joined Mellanox in Sep 1999 and has served as Sr. Director of Operations since 2005. Previously Mr. Lovinger served as Director of Operations and various Operation & Engineering positions in Mellanox. From May 1997 to Sep1999, Mr. Lovinger worked at Intel Corporation, where he was holding Engineering positions in the field of microprocessor circuit design. Mr. Lovinger holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technion — Israel Institute of Technology.

John Monson, Vice President of Marketing

John Monson joined Mellanox March 2009, and has over 20 years of experience in engineering, marketing and sales with leading edge technology companies. Previously, he was vice president of marketing and business development for Inphi Corporation where he managed the EDC/PhyOptik business line. Prior to this, he was vice president of sales and marketing for Scintera Networks with responsibility for strategy, product marketing and business development. His background also includes 8 years at PMC-Sierra in executive and senior management positions in marketing and sales where he was instrumental in establishing PMC in the market and enabling the company’s growth. Mr. Monson graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.

Shai Rephaeli, Vice President of Interconnect Products

Shai Rephaeli joined Mellanox in July 2000, and has served as Mellanox's vice president of interconnect products since Jan. 2010, previously serving as Vice President of Product Engineering since 2008, in addition to serving Senior Director and Director of Product Engineering, Product Engineering manager, and Senior Product Engineer roles. From May 1995 to July 2000, Mr. Rephaeli worked at Intel Corporation, where he held various engineering positions in the fields of design for test and product engineering of microprocessor products. From 1994 to 1995, Mr. Rephaeli served as a control and instrumentation engineer at Ludan. Mr. Rephaeli holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion — Israel Institute of Technology.

Marc Sultzbaugh, Vice President of Worldwide Sales

Marc Sultzbaugh has served as Mellanox's vice president of worldwide sales since April 2007. Mr. Sultzbaugh joined Mellanox Technologies in 2001 as director of high performance computing and director of central area sales, and was later promoted to senior director of sales in October 2005. Prior to Mellanox, he held various executive sales and marketing positions with Brooktree Semiconductor. From 1985 to 1989, Sultzbaugh was an engineer at AT&T Microelectronics. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Missouri-Rolla, and a Master’s of Business Administration from The University of California, Irvine.

Alon Webman, Vice President of Engineering, Switch Products

Alon Webman was a co-founder of Mellanox in 1999 and has served the company in numerous roles over the past ten years, including chip development, post-silicon management, program management, and customer support. Prior to Mellanox, he held various engineering positions at Intel and Nexus. Mr. Webman holds a BSEE in electrical engineering from Israel’s Technion institute.
