Mellanox Announces 'HPC Centers of Excellence' to Drive Advancement toward Exascale Computing

Program will Foster, Recognize and Reward Collaboration between Organizations at the Forefront of High-Performance Computing

SUNNYVALE, CA. and YOKNEAM, ISRAEL – November 17, 2015 – Mellanox® Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ: MLNX), a leading supplier of high-performance, end-to-end interconnect solutions for data center servers and storage systems, today announced an open invitation to distinguished high-performance computing (HPC) centers to join a newly formed consortium titled the “HPC Centers of Excellence.” The goal of the HPC Centers of Excellence is to accelerate new uses of intelligent interconnect into areas previously limited by cost, knowledge or imagination, to explore new technologies and enable better research and product development, and to collaborate on Co-Designed architecture and solutions development.

HPC Centers of Excellence member organizations will enjoy the following benefits:
