Intel Developer Forum, San Francisco, CA – September 8, 2014Mellanox® Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ: MLNX), a leading supplier of end-to-end interconnect solutions for servers and storage systems, today announced that its end-to-end InfiniBand and Ethernet interconnect solutions have been optimized for the new Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2600 v3 product family (code name “Haswell”). The combination  of Mellanox interconnects with the new Intel processors deliver fast bandwidth speeds of 100Gb/s with end-to-end data latencies of 650ns, resulting in higher data center efficiency, application performance and lower total cost of ownership.

Mellanox FDR 56Gb/s and EDR 100Gb/s InfiniBand and 10/40/56Gb/s Ethernet products ensure that servers and storage systems leveraging Intel’s new processor will be fully utilized and provide the highest application performance in High-Performance Computing, Web 2.0, cloud, Big Data and storage environments. Mellanox’s line of InfiniBand and Ethernet solutions provide industry-leading flexibility for data center designs, enabling IT managers to build scalable, standards-based, future-proofed platforms.
