If you are a contracted customer, all you have to do is login to MyMellanox Customer support Portal, navigate to a product of your interest, and click the Subscribe button.

What kind of updates will I be receiving?

Once you are subscribed to a product of your interest, you will receive an email notification upon:

  • New or updated product documentation
  • New or updated product software/firmware
  • Publication of important/critical product advisories (CRA)

How many emails will I receive if I am subscribed to more than one product?

You will receive 1 summarized email notification that contains all the relevant products’ updates that have been published on the same day (if there were any).

How do I unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe by clicking the Unsubscribe button available on My Support Subscription page and on the product page itself.

I don’t have a login to MyMellanox, how do I get login?

If you are a contracted customer, you can request login and start enjoying the services available exclusively on MyMellanox Customer Support Portal.
